Acceptable Use Policy

The purpose of the Virtual Studios Ltd Website is to provide our Customers with the opportunity to create and develop a video and audio presentation facility for inclusion in the website for their business. As a general rule, Customers may incorporate any non-objectionable material they wish on their website, provided the content and the Customer's use of the site complies with this Acceptable Use Policy, Virtual Studios Limited's Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws. It is the Customer's ("your") responsibility to be familiar with our Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and with all applicable laws, regulations, or standards relating to your use of the Materials and the Website, including but not limited to those relating to privacy, intellectual property rights, consumer protection, and objectionable materials. You must ensure that the content you make available through your website and your use of our Website generally complies with our Terms and Conditions, this Acceptable Use Policy, and is permitted by law. Nature of Service - The images and recordings available to you on our Website (the "Materials") are designed to be progressively downloaded from our server on a click through basis. Once registered, you will be able to assemble audio visual presentations in our Studio environment. These presentations will be published as lines of code that you can insert in your website structures. Users of your website will be provided activation buttons to initiate playback of those presentations you have assembled on the Virtual Studios Ltd Website.

Accuracy of information

Any information you provide on your website must be factually correct and complete. Website content must not be in any way misleading or deceptive, or constitute a misrepresentation or otherwise breach any applicable consumer protection or other legislation

Use of Materials

You may not - Alter, re-record or modify (other than to shorten) any music in any way Add sung vocals to the music or create jingles Sell or license or otherwise transfer all or any part of the music to third parties Claim any ownership or authorship in the music. If authorship is to be stated in your titles, credits, cue sheets or elsewhere, it must be under the name of our licensors "Evolution Studios Limited" Store the music on a public file server, or internet based public access system as broadcast or multimedia downloadable quality that would allow unauthorised public download, public use or file sharing Alter or modify any image Incorporate an image into a design or production in such a manner as to imply or suggest that the image is intended to be separately downloaded, copied or distributed Use any Materials as a trade or service mark (whether express or implied) Infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark or service mark of any person or entity Use any Materials in relation to sensitive topics including but not limited to topics that may depict the subject matter of an image in a negative or unfavourable light or subject persons to ridicule, and topics regarding all sexual issues, substance abuse, physical or mental abuse, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, AIDS, cancer or serious physical or mental ailments, or the disparagement of a person or product Copy or distribute or allow or enable any third party to use, copy, duplicate or distribute any images.

Trademarks, logos and other identifying symbols or marks associated with third party products or services (collectively, "Marks") may be protected by a range of intellectual property protection laws including trademark, copyright and passing off. You must not use or incorporate any third party Mark on your website without the prior written consent of the owner of that Mark.

Links to other sites

The content of other sites will be protected by copyright and other laws. You must ensure you have the permission of the legal owner of that content and/or website before you create a link from your site to theirs, or copy any content.

Maintaining links

You agree that all content uploaded by you (the "Content") must be original to you and must not display the image of any person who has not consented to such use of his or her image, or otherwise infringe the copyright, privacy or other rights of a third party.

You must not initiate or distribute unsolicited electronic mail communications or harassment of any kind towards any User or person via the Website including but not limited to transmit, post, email or otherwise make available on the Website, 3rd party websites via an embedded player provided by the Website, or emails sent from the Website; any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, junk mail, pyramid schemes, affiliate links, or any other form of solicitation.

Objectionable Material

You must not upload or create any website content that is harmful, unlawful, libelous, harassing, pornographic, obscene, graphic, violates the rights or privacy of another, encourages conduct that could be considered a criminal act, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, in violation of any copyright, or is otherwise reasonably deemed inappropriate by Virtual Studios Limited in its sole discretion.

Where a site is deemed by us to contain objectionable material or otherwise fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions or this Acceptable Use Policy, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to us, we may in our sole discretion suspend or terminate the access of that user to the all or any part of the Website and/or the Materials. Additionally, we reserve the right to delete any Materials held in that account holders File Manager repository.

We note for your information that certain breaches of our terms may also result in civil or criminal liability. We may investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
