WEBSITE TELLY offers three different accounts - FREE, GATEWAY and PRO.
The FREE account is valid for 14-days and lets you check out all the power of WEBSITE TELLY. You can upload your own photos and audio elements and assemble them into video format in our online studio. Professional voice over recordings aren't available in the FREE account but you can audition our voices and hear what they all sound like. You can only publish PREVIEW outputs from a FREE account These are links to your video and have the word PREVIEW watermarked across them. To get voice overs and other finished output options simply upgrade your FREE account to a GATEWAY account.The GATEWAY account gives you access to everything from commissioning a voice over to publishing out your videos in a variety of player options. Our PRO account is designed for high volume users of WEBSITE TELLY. Different pricing options can be applied to PRO accounts and if you're interested please contact us at info@websitetelly.com
Easily! Simply click on the "Register" link in the top right corner on www.websitetelly.com and fill in the registration form. The form can also be accessed directly here You can create a FREE or GATEWAY account. To create one of our PRO accounts, please email us at info@websitetelly.com and we'll discuss the best PRO account configuration for your needs.
FREE accounts last for 14-days. This should give you plenty of time to experience the fun and power of WEBSITE TELLY. At any stage within this time you can upgrade to a GATEWAY account. GATEWAY accounts remain active for as long as your monthly subscription is maintained. You can update new credit card details in the ACCOUNT / Personal Sttings / Payment Info area of your WEBSITE TELLY account.
Go to the ACCOUNT area of your WEBSITE TELLY account and select Personal Settings and then Change Password.
WEBSITE TELLY accounts have HEAPS! of free storage so it's really unusual to even get close to using it all up. However, you can always delete files you no longer need. You can delete files in the FILE MANAGER area of your WEBSITE TELLY account. This won't effect any videos you've already finished and output with these files in them. WEBSIT TELLY automatically takes copies of photos you use in a completed Virtual Video.
With WEBSITE TELLY you can upgrade your FREE account to a GATEWAY account anytime during the free account lifespan of 14-days. Upgrade by simply logging in to your WEBSITE TELLY account and selecting the ACCOUNT button at the bottom of the screen. Click the UPGRADE button and enter your credit card details. You're now the proud owner of a WEBSITE TELLY GATEWAY account.
No credit card? That’s fine! We have a prepay account option which is suited for people who don’t have access to a credit card for online transactions. Please email us at support@websitetelly.com and we'll set you up with a prepay account.
A prepay account is simply an account that has a credit account balance applied to it. Any transactions that require a payment will be deducted from the balance on the account. This is great for WEBSITE TELLY customers who don't have credit cards. Contact support@websitetelly.com to arrange a prepay acount.
