We confidently supply videos up to 180-second durations. Over this length performance on loading the videos may suffer. Our clients are mostly businesses and they usually want to provide targeted messages to their website audiences. They also want to show their WEBSITE TELLY productions quickly and in an uninterrupted manner - they want a quality image getting to your audience fast. We suggest most audiences prefer videos in the 30 to 60-second range. If you need to go longer may we suggest you offer viewers a couple of chaptered videos and let them feel more in control of their viewing experience.

Each account type comes with a set storage allocation. Gateway users get 500MB. The PRO accounts for larger users have 2GB of storage. That is HEAPS of room for your photos, and maybe a few audio tracks. If you look in the Account tab area of your WEBSITE TELLY account you'll see your account type, total space allocation, and the amount you're currently using. In the File Manager area we even show you which type of files are using up your storage. And remember, you can always clear out your old unwanted files in File Manager.
Under the Account tab in your WEBSITE TELLY account, you can select and delete productions. You'll get a prompt message making sure you understand what you're doing and that once deleted there's no going back. If you're cool with that click OK and it's gone!
We're afraid the answer to this one is no. WEBSITE TELLY vidoes are designed to be played in an online environment. Websites, emails, YouTube or Facebook...that's where our Virtual Videos work best.

A player skin is a branded wrapper this sits around your finished video. It can include your branding / logo and appropriate colour, PLUS up to 6 hyperlink buttons that will connect viewers of your video to emails, web pages, shopping carts, etc. These Branded Player Skins are a great way of getting your audience to act while you have their attention. You can have up to six buttons on your Branded Player Skin. These can connect wit web pages, email addresses, Facebook or YouTube pages, shopping carts, documen downloads, login pages..pretty much anywhere that is on the web!
Yes, you can ave as many BPS's as you want. Some Clients have multiple skins so they can push their videos out to different audiences under diferent brands and offering different connections through the unique links on each skin. You will need to output a unique copy of each video to use in each skin, but you can change the skin applied around a video instantly in the My Completed Virtual Videos area of the File Manager in your WEBSITE TELLY account.
